1. Cancellation Policy
    1. We must be given at least 24 (twenty-four) hours notice from the beginning of the appointment if you want to cancel your appointment. This applies to new appointments, and any follow up appointments. If your appointment is between 12pm-4p, we must be notified before 12pm the previous day. If you are calling after hours, please leave a voicemail, with your information to cancel your appointment.
    2. Failure to comply with our cancellation policy will result in an $99 (ninety-nine dollars) service call fee to be charged.
    3. If you need to reschedule your appointment and you are within the 24 hour window for any reason, a $50 (fifty dollars) fee will be added to your invoice.
